I understand that if any property is used rather than resold, I will pay New Jersey Sales and Use Tax directly to the State of New Jersey.

I hereby certify that I am registered in the state indicated above for sales tax purposes, and that the property purchased from Creative Displays & Designs, Inc. will be resold in the regular course of business. I understand that if property purchased is used or consumed rather than resold, I am required to remit applicable use tax to my state.
